    I am able to teach children by heart and by love
    The good thingsAs I teach children I always say that the character comes first, the attitude and manner followed and the intelegency will be completed then
    The challengesThe one challenge I think difficult was as I found the co-workers couldn't meet the same-understanding and couldn't be a solid team. And the next thing was when we couldn't hold the true mission of what we all were doing and then we sometimes fell down on our each short-minded purposes. And then as the vision of the company was invisible for me because I thought I just worked to earn money to fulfill what I need😁
