The challengesCanteen is too expensive, even students often complain about this.

With a lot of administration, I don't think a weekly meeting is the right thing, because teachers who have a lot of teaching hours will find it difficult to prepare lesson plans on time. once every two weeks is okay, but for once a week it is not okay, unless there is something very urgent and important.
One teacher teaches many levels, I consider this the least effective thing. Primary until Jc still okay, but start from preschool? it is not okay. Preschool teachers with primary-jc teachers have different criteria and skills. Not all teachers can teach preschool, if the school does require some teachers to teach preschool, please provide the teacher with training, do's and don'ts, guide the teacher.
