    The good thingsBanyak belajar hal baru tentang bahan baku dan produksi pakan. Sangat cocok unntuk freshgraduate. Kekeluargaan antar departemen baik dan banyak dibimbing oleh para senior.
    The challengesAtasan yang terlalu rewel dan kurang empati. Tidak ada indikator penilaian bagi staff atau karyawan. Koordinasi antar pimpinan dan bawahan kurang baik.

    The good things1. Gaji naik setiap tahun (base up) tanpa perlu diminta ke Owner. 2. Untuk staf, menu makan lumayan baik. 3. Promosi bisa jumping 2 level ke atas (tergantung kebutuhan)
    The challenges1. Karyawan tidak jelas sistem promosinya. 2. Karyawan sudah belasan tahun tetapi gaji masih UMR (seperti karyawan baru masuk). 3. Sebagian peraturan tidak jelas / tidak ada sosialisasi. 4. Untuk peningkatan kesejahteraan tidak jelas, 5. Penilaian kondite tidak jelas sistemnya. 6. Sebagian manager tidak peka terhadap kesulitan anak buah
