    The good thingsFree annual air tickets. Dental benefits are separate from medical benefits. The company has good branding and is well known for customer service. It is a good place to learn about operations and customer service. Good also for people who like status quo and prefer to be instructed by superiors.
    The challengesArchaic mindset towards management and artificially engage staff. Obvious divide between management, junior executives and associates. Fairly resistant to change and senior management tends to have the "Do as I say, not as I do" perspective.

    The good thingsYou will definitely get a high salary as they pay you in foreign currency and when you convert the money to your own local currency, you will see that you have a lot. The job it self is quit easy and no stress, especially if you love traveling, this job definitely you. the life style and meet a lot of people from different country is one of the fun things and the great things. Other than that in here, you will learn a lot about hospitality in different kind of level.
    The challengesWorking in international company with the multi nationalities people inside is not as easy as you think, you have to adapt their culture, work habit, and also you have to have a huge tolerant, and good communication skill is a must. the challenge from the job it self is un predictable working time, or you can say its is not in regular working time like in office, and sometimes even longer than office hour time. the challenge also can come from the passenger it self and sometimes also from your team work. besides the weather condition is always a challenge for this job.

    Best Working Experience Ever
    The good thingsThe company give you plenty room for self development and trainning. Upgrade your knoknowle and develop your skills as much as you like. Those are thing that we rarely get in small companies. And the good thing is you get a privilage travel and high salary.
    The challengesComplex multicultural issue because there are mix nationality staffs and customers we handle. High standart is a must in any division you are in. So we must be on our toe at all time.
