    Very much fun teaching my little students
    The good thingsI had a blast everytime i came for work, even when i was handling with such energetic kids i still manage to handle them patiently and with creative fun ways to get them all together to listen and to focus on the subject i was teaching. I love working with kids as i feel like they can trust me when i am teaching as i am very approachable and have such patient with them.
    The challengesNot much challenge as i had my students under control and i can handle their energy and put it into fun on to the subject. as i didn't use my voice or anger to them because that wouldn't be very good at all.

    Love the good environment also it school community, however the management needs to develop more programs to escalate staff's needs and facilities.
    The good thingsI love working here. Because from this company I learnt a lot, equipped with managerial stuff,also things that related to school community, multi cultural environment where you can also learn about their culture, cutting-edge design building where you are feels so comfortable working there, also great people too.
    The challengesSince I was working from the very beginning where everything seems a little unsettled. So I felt that the management somehow needs to improve their jobs, that to understanding their staff more. Despite of that school community was so great that makes you really loves the school.

    The good thingsGood environment, looks good, smells good, clean and tidy. I have a good, smart, understanding even though a bit strict. But in my opinion, she's a good leader.
    The challengesThere's no proper procedure to work. We are often faced with a dynamic situation. Sometimes too much decisions that make employees confused.
