    The good thingsI was feeling very happy to work in Sinarmas Mining as a big ship. I always have gotten the first offerings and opportunities to handle difficult job, that I didn't receive it while I studied in Padjajaran University and Indonesia University. In Sinarmas Group, I can acquire great lesson. Sinarmas Group contribute to build this country and for all societies.
    The challengesSinarmas Mining is a great companies group for all people that they want to achieve excellent result for now and future. I never think to get amazing job and finalise all well. Every thing can happen. God will lead all employees in good ways.

    The good thingsBig name of the company. It will enhance your resume value to your next employer. System is not well established, you have a chance to fix it.
    The challengesMedical is reimburse, kind of not good for corporate. Very corporate culture, management is everything. People are working for themselves. But still, I think it will depend on the team you're in.
