    The challengesKaryawan selalu di ganggu saat sedang libur dan cuti, membuat saya harus mengaktifkan mode pesawat di handphone saya. Manajemen yang buruk. 1 kesalahan akan selalu disalahkan hingga ke akarnya berhari-hari. Team-work sangat lemah dan miss-communication sangat tinggi di beberapa divisi lain

    Make me learn allot
    The good thingsthey have good working environment, always try to do significant improvement, give the employee space to learn many things about working life, give a good training and seminar to the employee, have a good and develop system.
    The challengesI think they have to treat people with fairness, give their employee a reasonable task and KPI score, give their employee (especially new employee) coaching and mentoring so they can work more efficient and productive.
