    The good thingsHal Baik selama bekerja , bisa memulai/membentuk networkin dengan customer , mengetahui proses untuk mendapatkan PO (Purchase order) , dan bisa melihat lebih mendalam untuk keadaan management Kantor. Dan bisa mengasah comunication skill, negotiation skill , serta planning material on site project .

    Great place for fresh-graduate to develop
    The good thingsThe management always striving for the best by breaking the limit and motivate the employee. The atmosphere in the office is pleasant but not laid back at all. The employee is almost guaranteed to learn new knowledge everyday, which is a very good thing for fresh-graduates who are in the process of accumulating as many experience as possible.
    The challengesThe workers tend to have double job-desc, and sometimes it requires them to take overtime (which is paid on hour base). There's a visible age gap between old employee and new employees, so the regeneration would take some time. Being flexible is a must-have for this company, as some rules tend to be broken to achieve mutual objectives.
