    The good things1. Waktu kerja yg fleksibel dan bisa bertemu banyak orang 2. Saya selalu tertarik membantu orang dan memastikan mereka terlindungi.     Great place for improve your skill , but not for money or career
    The good thingsI can get a lot of new skill to improve my skills on doing a lot of new job. They also giving us some training to improve our interpersonal skills too. The chief or superior from each division always giving support on their staff, that only mean good things.
    The challengesThe career path is not that clear, they prefer hiring someone from the other companies to fill in rather than promote their staff. Also they often making new position with new hiring person that doesn't essentially needed for improving business. I don't get the reason at all.

    The challengesAdanya workshop khusus untuk middle - top management mengenai \"leadership to millenials\" mengingat semakin banyak tantangan di era milenial dimana pemimpin karyawan yang berasal dari generasi milenial sangat berbeda dengan pemimpin karyawan dari generasi-generasi sebelumnya.

    The good thingsManagement, environment, jobdesc etc is very good. Very comfort and enjoy to work here. We can develop our skill and company, leader, management support to develop the employee. I recommend to work in sinarmas especially here.
    The challengesNothing something difficult me in here or make me uncomfort to work here. Everything i like and i love my job here.
