    The good thingsPT SIIX sangat mengutamakan Kedisiplinan dan 5S dengan ketat dan konsisten. Sangat memperhatikan Karyawan secara details. Memberikan fasilitas kepada karyawan, dan Lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, tempat parkir yang luas. Kantin yang bersih dan lengkap. Slalu memberikan training kepada setiap section atau kepada karyawan sehingga menjadi wadah untuk mengexplore skill.
