    The good thingsAt this company you will find work life balance, working flexibility, Working from home. No high pressure and tight deadlines. My manager like my father and he treat me like his son. The salary is very good and if you compare with local companies, in here very high.

    The good thingsGreat to work here in Siemens indonesia Factory Facility. Good atmosfere with many people was interacted within different level. Good Facility provided by company that make employes will cozy to work. Canteen, Soccer Field, Music Studio, Parking, Many Smoking Area, also the best one that we can found to anothers Company is the Location is in the central of jakarta, with Very Good Acces also near to good another good facility in jakarta... hope to work here again..

    The good thingsSaat awal kerja praktik, saya dijelaskan mengenai peraturan-peraturan di PT. Siemens Indonesia dan juga mengenai kontrak kerja. Satu minggu pertama saya dijelaskan terlebih dahulu jobdesk kerja saya oleh pembimbing kerja praktik dari PT. Siemens Indonesia. Kemudian minggu kedua mulai mengerjakan jobdesk dengan dibentuk tim yang tiap minggunya di roling. Untuk fasilitas yang diterima sangat bagus.
    The challengesUntuk kesulitan yang saya alami yaitu komunikasi terhadap pembimbing perusahaan setelah kerja praktik. Karena setelah kerja praktik masih membutuhkan tanda tangan pembimbing perusahaan, namun kondisi pandemi yang masih terus melonjak tinggi

Saya bekerja sebagai Site Safety Officer, untuk tim sangat support dan banyak pelajaran dilapangan yang saya dapatkan selama 3 tahun. koordinasi yang baik membuat nyaman dalam bekerja, juga respon yang cepat membuat sebuah masalah terselesaikan. untuk gaji yang di tawarkan dari perusahaan ini cukup tinggi, apalagi saya dulu fresh graduate.
