    The challengesMasih ada sistem senioritas maupun pengkelompokan karyawan sekitar dan luar daerah yang menjadi budaya (bukan sistem), sehingga cukup sulit untuk menyesuaikan diri jika bekerja sebagai leader Karyawan-karyawan lama.
