    The good thingsPeluang yang bagus sebagai batu loncatan fresh graduate, krn bisa mengerjakan banyak hal
    The challengeslingkungan kerja toxic. orang2 yang memiliki jabatan dipilih bukan karna kinerja nya yang kompeten. shg ketika karyawan melakukan kesalahan, maka akan mengular dan saling menyalahkan. perusahaan dinilai tidak transparan, krn gaji sering terlambat, bahkan sempat H+14 hari dgn alasan yg tdk jelas. tunjangan jg tidak dibayar tepat waktu bahkan cenderung menunggak. banyak hak2 karyawan yg tdk diberikan/dipenuhi
