    The good thingslingkungan kekeluargaan yang bagus meskipun masih "geng gengan" mesin , proses bahan baku yang bagus untuk belajar
    The challengeskesejahteraan untuk posisi staff 0 , BPJS gak dapet , gaji untuk yang sudah bekerja selama 5 tahun pun masih UMR . overload tanggung jawab tapi reward 0 banyak punishment reward 0, masih sangat berlaku penjilat dan asal bos senang . anda njilat meskipun skill 0 tetap dapat fasilitas . para atasan tidak fair . banyak informasi yang dikeep untuk " circlenya sendiri " . atasa bahkan ada yang menjelek njelekam bawahanya . TOXIC . Lembur loyalitas , telat sedikit potongan banyak .

    tidak bisa di gunakan untuk pekerjaan tetap, perusahaan hanya berpikir karyawan hanya domba perah

    The challengessallary yang tidak sesuai, sangat jauh dari kata layak, di hargai Rp.17.000/ satu jam kerja. status karyawan tidak jelas tidak ada kepastian kenaikan jabatan atau status. tidak ada cover bpjs, keselamatan kerja tidak di perhatikan, di tuntut untuk safety tapi harus memakai modal sendiri seperti masker, topi dll
