    The good thingsGreat place for professional growth. Most co-workers were very good at their job. Leaders were fair in giving feedbacks.
    The challengesDirections were too top-down. Aspirations and suggestions coming from lower level were often not heard.

    The good thingsSelama di shopee saya mendapatkan banyak ilmu dan pengalaman yang mengesankan. Saya belajar banyak hal, mulai dari excel, olah data OCR dan SLS, character develompment, manajemen waktu dan leadership, dan juga cara mengatur tingkat stres. Shopee adalah pekerjaan pertama saya dan yang paling berkesan di hidup saya. Lingkungan kerja yang supportif, nyaman, tentram dan menyenangkan, teman2 yang baik, serta tim lead yang selalu mendukung dan membantu dalam setiap kesulitan. Sedih karena terpaksa harus berhenti di Life at shopee, saya harap saya dapat kembali bisa bergabung bersama Shopee team
