    The challengesDivisi Bisnis : - Tidak ada program pembiayaan yang khusus (paket) - Fleet - Masih difokuskan untuk membiayaai produk yang kurang baik apabila dilakukan penarikan dan penjualan kembali - Retail - Harus disosialisasi lagi terkait untung rugi cabang masing masing. Jangan hanya memperhatikan penjualan tapi perhatikan juga rugi pasca penarikan. Lagipula profit adalah muara dari bisnis kan ?... - Retail & Fleet. Divisi Risk : - CA kurang berpengalaman, tidak terlalu paham pengetahuan industri dan pengetahuan tentang unit yang dibiayai. Jaringan yang dimiliki kelihatan kurang. - Risk Policy masih seadanya tidak bisa menyesuaikan dengan kondisi industri (tidak disusun berdasarkan research) - Tingkatkan pelatihan lagi. Di Multifinance lain (fleet maupun retail), para CA diberikan pelatihan baik dari internal maupun eksternal. - Divisi Risk perlu melakukan benchmark ke perusahaan multifinance lainnya ataupun ke delaer/supplier. Sangat berguna bagi perusahaan sekaligus menanggulangi lack of experience yang ada. Fleet benchmark ke perusahaan leasing fleet (HE/TRUCK/MACHINERY/BIG CAP) dan begitupun dengan retail.
