    The good thingsBerusaha memberikan kualitas terbaik untuk customer, banyak metode bagus ala Jepang yang bisa diterapkan, sehingga menambah ilmu pengetahuan pula untuk para staf nya. Lingkungan kerja menyenangkan, para staf saling support satu sama lain. Sering mengadakan gathering, sehigga hubungan antara atasan & bawahan tetap akrab & solid. IT support nya juga oke, banyak hal yang dilakukan agar kegiatan pekerjaan tetap kondusif, terhindar dari hacker. Diadakan training untuk para drafter, sehingga kemampuan ( skill ) nya lebih terasah & lebih berkembang.

    The good thingsNo good things except that I learn the fact that Shimizu doesn't respect their employee, reflected on our compensation and benefit. No insurance other than bpjs for a construction company with hish risk of accident is very bad.
    The challengesYour career will definitely not growing soon here because japanese expat will be the first prioritize for them to promote. On the other hand, the most frustrating part is you will be working together with expat mostly from Japan that maybe has the same work role ss you but they get benefit and compensation 5 or 6 times more.

    The good thingsAll works follow procedures and detail. Every step by step works need to approval by consultant All project members are follow the rules to get better result Company follow government working department rules for salary and dismissal
    The challengesNeed to study more about company rules and standard. All works already prepared the standard by HQ, but need to get approval also from the consultant. Working with some different foreign nationals need to learn about their working habit

    The good thingsMeet people from other countries, improving English skills, improving coordination skills, and have chance to know details of building construction, since we are involve in the details of the processed.
    The challengesTough coordination in a tight schedule, even we are an architect, but we need to understand about structure, mechanical and electrical also, we need to confirm that the design comply with client requirement, company standard, regulation, etc.

    This company would be a Japanese company with an Indonesian culture working style with open-space type of office and average salary compare to other local company in Jakarta.
    The good thingsThis company wold be good for starter-employee or someone who wants to start the journey of working or learning doing business in a foreign company but not for experienced employee who wants to pursue a better career in building construction.
    The challengesLimited support in terms of work by superior to provide guideline and/or capable work-mates and in-adequateminimum salary for living-cost in Jakarta and its surrounding area for who is not originally come from this city that would need to rent a room.

    The good thingsGood team work and fully supporting from Management. Transfer knowledge form foreign works. We got training for staff developing, and to make regular report.
    The challengesPreparation of Project at remote area. We prepare would be good prepare related purchasing of material, shipping schedule and safety handling. To minimize of delay schedule we must inspection all equipment before shipping, check machine condition, safety device and a valid permit or Certificate.

    I did multitask for one position, Procurement, estimation, and Budgeting.
    The good thingsThere's one day for no overtime day in weekday, so you can come home early, and the others day? You will see how they are working everyday. Salary is good but not equal with your jobs. The systems is good also.
    The challengesYou must ready to work over 12 hours in day for everyday. The pressure is higher than you expected. They want you to work hard, aos if you are not kind of work-harder person, You might have rethink to work in this company.
