Easy job with salary standard low
The good thingsAt the very first beginning, you will be given easy tasks and people without finance knowledge can do them well. When you stays longer and get promoted, you will need to do more and learn more but the new thing which you are learning is not complicated. The only good thing is when you are placed in a friendly team.
The challengesMonth end will be your nightmare, if you did not constantly rush your local finances to do their work, solve the issues, give you the invoices they received. No AL at the weeks at month end, else you are going to increase works for your peer colleagues. Do expect OT culture at month end & especially year end and also do not expect your IT department can solve your system's issues effectively.
