    The good thingsStaff yang ramah, mampu bekerja sama dan memiliki nilai kekeluargaan yang sangat tinggi. Rata-rata staff merupakan staff permanen namun tidak membedakan satu sama lain. Jam kerja awalnya pun seimbang dan menyenangkan namun mungkin karena perubahan management dan juga pandemik berpengaruh sekali akan adanya perubahan
    The challengesSupport dari management saat ini sangat kurang terhadap staff terutama mengenai jam kerja dan juga kesesuaian potongan gaji. Top management terlihat lebih mementingkan diri sendiri dan tidak perduli terhadap direct report nya dan terlalu menumpukkan pekerjaan sehingga ketidak seimbangan kerja dan kehidupan pribadi karena liburpun sulit untuk diambil namun tanpa adanya recognition atau penghargaan

    The good thingsWork with team is the important value when we started to work in hospitality industry. at this hotel i learn a lot of the things about the F&B knowledge and skill especially about Japanese cuisine.

    The good thingsgetting warm like a family in my company ,and also sincerity work under pressure .i am always learning about how to handle guest,quality control food,handle complain,bifore come to company usually pray .always traning about beverage and food knowledge.
