    The good thingsLingkungan kerja yang nyaman, jika bekerja diatas jam kerja normal selalu dibayar sesuai ketentuan, kenaikan gaji dan bonus setiap tahunya, tersedia mobil antar jemput karyawan dan seragam kantor sehingga menghemat pengeluaran.
    The challengesJarak yang jauh dari perkotaan dan sulitnya kendaraan umum untuk akses ke kantor sehingga harus mengandalkan mobil antar jemput atau membawa kendaraan sendiri, jadi jika telat datang atau izin pulang cepat susah.
