    The good things1. Karyawan tetap setelah 2 tahun kontrak 2. Lingkungan kerja yang cukup baik
    The challenges1. Turnover yang tinggi, karyawan banyak yang keluar masuk sehingga karyawan lama perlu adaptasi lagi dengan karyawan baru. 2. Benefit yang didapatkan dari perusahaan selain salary tidak ada 3. Pemberian gaji yang tidak tentu tanggal (kadang-kadang) 4. Profesionalisme perusahaan masih kurang.
