    The good thingsBenefit yang diperoleh baik dari gaji dan tunjangan kesehatan. Managemen perusahaan juga sangat baik dan teratur dengan baik. SOP perusahaan jelas dan seluruh karyawan bisa mengaksesnya.
    The challengesMembuat suatu inovasi. Karena managemen sudah sangat baik dan jobdesc sudah sangat jelas jadi agak susah membuat suatu inovasi baru. Padahal hal itu berpengaruh pada KPI karyawan.
