    The good thingsThis company (TRAC) give so many good experiences and a lot chances to improve my skills. There is many challenges and trainings that company provide is it very usefull for a personal so it is increasing skills and knowledges. The working environment and management it is very good; it is representing as a good level company.
    The challengesIt is enjoyful and challenging, i can meet a lot of client with intersting character. I like the process of dealing and bargaining, socialezed. For example to make appoinment with the Owner of company or maybe high level position in the company (PiC as the desicions maker), making offers/proposals and asking what they needs, so we can support them in many ways.
