    this company might be a better place to live if managed properly
    The good thingsso far i got the best team i've ever had, and also a good amount of holidays (depending on your head of department), and lots of hilarous stories coming up every evening
    The challenges1. Expats think that Indonesian market is a "simple math" 2. too much politics 3. you have to be able to "swim in the storm" without tutor 4. almost no holidays if you are an IT support 5. taking a bit longer for a new team member as they said there are other "priorities"
