There’s a lot of unfair treatment in this place, and the micromanagement makes everything even worse. You’re constantly being watched and controlled, leaving no room for trust or professional growth. Your diploma will be held, and if you break the contract, you’ll have to pay. But if they terminate your contract, they’ll just tell you to leave and you’ll get nothing in return.
The good thingsNo one positive things working in here.
The challengesNo matter how long you work here, you will never be trusted by the leadership. The only person they truly trust is the Junior College coordinator. Even when you’re right, you’ll always be seen as wrong — and they’ll constantly look for mistakes to pin on you.

Valuable learning experience.
The good thingsWorking at SPB pushes me to learn more about managing priorities, tasks, and time. It also gives me exposure to collaborating with others, especially expatriate coworkers.
The challengesI wish teachers could receive more support in administrative work, such as printing worksheets, etc. So, teachers could focus more on the students.

The good thingsSPB Cirebon has shaped me from a fresh graduate into a professional, under fair and two-way communicative leadership that offers new perspectives on how to grow. The procedures are well-structured, creating a comfortable working environment and a safe, supportive school environment for students.
The challengesIt was quite challenging at first to keep up with the work environment here as I have no professional experience before. However, with proper guidance, I gradually became accustomed to working efficiently and accurately, communicating persuasively, and developing my sense of belonging of the school.

While the students are respectful and fellow teachers are highly supportive, the school’s management is poor, often assigns unreasonable tasks, and even withholds employee diplomas—making it a difficult place to build a sustainable career.
The good thingsthe only thing that good in this school is our fellow teacher and the student who can deserve better school.
The challengesI don’t recommend working here. Management often assigns unreasonable tasks outside teaching duties. Worse, they withhold employees’ diplomas—clearly its violation in Indonesia. The workload is overwhelming, with little support. If you value professionalism and fair treatment, stay away. stay safe

The good things Coming into SPB, I had almost a decade of experience teaching my subject—but no background in the Cambridge Curriculum. Through the guidance and structure provided by the school, I was able to grow professionally.
The challengesThe leadership is committed to excellence, with systems in place to ensure consistency, timely submissions, thorough supervision, and accountability. It’s a fast-paced environment, and you will be challenged. But those challenges come with opportunities for growth, mentorship, and real development.

The good thingsThe only good thing in this place are the colleagues and students. Other than that, I won't recommend you working in here, unless you want to feel suffering everyday.
The challengesThey don't appreciate you. They constantly overwork you and give you a job that is not supposed to be your job. Micromanagement at its finest! The leaders don't care about your well-being. They will cut your salary if you did mistake. They also hold your DIPLOMA CERTIFICATE and you need to pay.

This is not a school where you can grow as a person. You will regret coming over to work in an unhealthy toxic environment.
The good thingsThere is nothing good in this school except your students and co-teachers. It is a toxic working environment together with stressful, cynical, despicable school leaders.

The management has no clear regulations/policy, teacher team leader are too many anger. My bachelor certificate was hold by school during 1 year working and if I want get my certificate, I should pay.
