    The good thingsThe good things : Ada gathering utk karyawan (siswa dliburkan Gina mensupport acara tsbt) Ada makan Siang.
    The challengesStress level yg tinggi, 1sampai 2x Hari sabtu Ada event dmana harusny libur tanpa kompensasi transport / additional fee . Selalu tidak bisa pulang tepat waktu ATO paling lama 30menit setelah JM pulang Karna padat aktifitas guru . Terlalu ribet administrasi. Yah begitulah sekolah nasional yg Coba panjat pohon utk jd internas. Sangat berbau politik. THR tidak full gaji sebelom tahun k3 . Tahun k3baru jd guru tetap yayasan.sebelomny kontrak.
