    if you still insist, go ahead.
    The good things Nothing good will come of it. The leader believes that even if one teacher leaves, there are still many waiting in line.
    The challengesMany. 1. Administration seems to be made up. 2. Religiosity is inversely proportional to daily attitudes and behavior. Too grandiose. 3. Different religious denominations are considered heretical. 4. Don't expect holidays; even on weekends, you still have to attend work. Work-life balance? Don't you wish. 5. Unstable salaries; there may not be a raise for several years.

    The good thingsThere's some room to work yourself out as a teacher there, if only you are stubborn enough. The headmaster is so helpful and the colleagues are so friendly.
    The challengesDon't expect a high salary, but well it is enough for you to survive the month if you are a permanent staff there. But, for a honorary teacher, I suggest you to have a side hustle to survive the month.
