    The good thingsSaya sangat menikmati kebebasan kreatif dalam merancang metode pembelajaran sejarah yang interaktif, seperti simulasi dan diskusi berbasis proyek, yang didukung oleh lingkungan kerja kolaboratif. Interaksi dengan siswa dalam membantu mereka menemukan relevansi peristiwa masa lalu dengan kondisi dunia saat ini memberikan kepuasan profesional yang luar biasa bagi saya.
    The challengesTantangan utama yang saya hadapi adalah keterbatasan waktu untuk memberikan umpan balik mendalam secara individu kepada setiap siswa karena beban administrasi yang cukup padat. Saya rasa proses ini bisa diperbaiki melalui integrasi sistem penilaian digital yang lebih efisien, sehingga guru memiliki lebih banyak waktu untuk fokus pada pengembangan karakter dan kebutuhan khusus setiap murid.

    Pengalaman baik dengan ipeka
    The good thingsBanyak hal positif, bahwa di tempat ini saya diajarkan berkembang bukan hanya secara skill tapi juga secara karakter. Dimana lewat pembentukan karakter saya menjadi pribadi yang lebih tanggug, lebih baik dan saya bisa semakin maju dalam proses berpikir dan menghadapi setiap masalah. Tingkat ketenangan yang akhirnya diajarkan untuk selalu percaya diri dalam menghadapi tingkat masalah apapun itu. Jadi saya merasakan banyak hal positif di tempat kerjaan ini.
    The challengesKesulitannya untuk saya mungkin karna saya tidak terbiasa bekerja secara administrasi dan saya harus terjun dengan mengejar ketertinggalan saya supaya bisa menyamai kinerja rekan kerja tidak mudah. Tapi kesulitan tersebut sedikit demi sedikit dapat teratasi karn hanya masalah faktor belum terbiasa.

    The good thingsLingkungan sangat mendukung saya untuk berkembang lebih baik. Untuk kesehatan mental saya juga lumayan baik di perusahaan ini, sehingga saya bisa dapat lebih tenang dalam bekerja, serta selama saya magang di sini saya mendapatkan banyak ilmu baik dalam segi pengetahuan serta keterampilan. Supervisor saya juga sangat baik dan mendukung pekerjaan saya.

    The good things- Most of the children are kind, lovely, and very passionate in learning. - Lots of training to develop the staff and teachers' abilities. - The environment, mission, and vision of the School are so into the Christianity. - Quite good teamwork among the teachers
    The challenges- Students won't have to be worry about their score, because the teachers are asked to give the the best that they can give, even the students don't deserve it. (even in a matter of attitude) - The teachers won't have their right to discipline the students, it's always depends on the parents - Some of the leader will play it safe and pick holes in you.

    The good thingsHal yang baik dan saya dapat di Sekolah Ipeka Plus BSD adalah saya bisa bekerja dengan keahlian saya dengan baik dan pimpinan mendukung penuh apa yang saya kerjakan dan saya memiliki support sistem yang baik dari tempat saya bekerja bukan hanya dari pimpinan namun dari team kerja yang baik dan sportif . saya bertrimakasih bisa mengembangkan diri dan talenta yang saya punya di tempat saya bekerja.
    The challengesKesulitan atau kendala saya adalah tekanan Orang tua yang kurang memberikan kepercayaan kepada Guru untuk mendidik anak-anak/peserta didik . Karna kurangnya kepercayaan dan peranan orang tua murid kepada guru maka menimbulkan efek yang kurang seimbang kepada Guru . Karna sekolah yang saya tempatkan dulu menengah ke atas maka persaturan bisa berubah begitu saya dikarenakan power orang tua yang begitu besar sehingga menghilangkan estensi dari sekolah .

    The good thingsBanyak training. Bagus untuk gali pengalaman ketika kita baru gabung di dunia pendidikan. Ada tunjangan transport dan diberi seragam baru sebanyak 2 set setiap tahunnya.
    The challengesStart gaji kecil. Kenaikan gaji juga kecil. Hampir tiap Sabtu training karena modul trainingnya banyak. Terkesan monoton karena kalau mau naik jabatan harus kerja lama dulu di sana.

    schools that have high integrity and are comfortable working.
    The good thingsteachers are in charge of educating students, but teachers are also educated to have a personal life with more integrity and fear of God. The management is very good. The welfare and the health of the employees is guaranteed. Employees received training in the internal scope and also outside training, some teachers were even given scholarships for schooling again.
