The challengesThis company could definitely improve its management and leadership. Lot's of inconsistency, inefficient work, contradictory information. It is a mess in management. Teachers are burdened a lot of time, not by the obligation as teachers, but by abundant administrative tasks that are irrelevant to their roles. This school is the most innovative school I have ever known, yet they often lose the essence of education in the pursuit of that innovative goal.
