    The good thingsKondisi lingkungan teman-teman, saling support dan bisa saling diandalkan. Bagian management yang support dengan ide-ide yang memang baik untuk pengembangan tempat usaha.
    The challengesSering ditemukan bagian manajement, agak lambat untuk mengadopsi suatu hal, dikarenakan menunggu keputusan dari yayasan. Sehingga sering tidak bisa banyak gerak, ketika posisi, kita memerlukan sebuah keputusan dengan cepat.
