    The good thingsBogor always provides a homely ambiance for people, this place included. They will help you to grow in a good way
    The challengesTeachers here usually work for over 10 years, but there are few opportunities. When they come, it's a tough choice between giving up your passion or passing them up.

    A working place with a family vibes
    The good thingsThe employers listens to our needs. The whole staff working as a team. when one of the teacher have a project, we work together to support each other. The facilities are great. They used to have soft loans for buying laptops for teachers. and they always open for Teacher's Developing personal programs.
    The challengessince there are a fierce battle of finding a good educators, this school have a very hard one every year from big turnover. Bogor is close to Jakarta, but they have different salary standards. so with the turn overs so high, it is a challenge for some old employees to guide and work together with a new ones.

    The good thingsTempat yang baik untuk bisa belajar hal baru, atasan yang cukup supportive dan teman-teman yang selalu bersedia membantu jika sedang dalam kesulitan.Fasilitas yang cukup baik pula.
    The challengesAkan ada banyak event yang dilakukan, sebenarnya bukanlah kesulitan karena dari event-event tersebut kita akan bekerja dalam berbagai peran dan inilah dimana kita bisa berkembang dalam skill-skill baru.

    The good thingstempat kerja yang nyaman, atmosfer kerja yang baik didukung oleh sistem kerja yang membuat para pekerjanya dapat berkembang selama bekerja disini. Bekerja disini akan menyenangkan karena kita tidak akan bekerja sendirian, sistem kerja disini yang membuat kita selalu bekerja secara tim sehingga akan mempermudah pekerjaan kita dan dapat mengembangkan diri kita tidak hanya secara personal tetapi jg hubungan intra personalnya
    The challengesSulit untuk belanja makan siang karena tidak bisa keluar area sekolah tetapi jajanan didalam sekolah lumayan mahal. Sulit untuk mencari tambahan penghasilan dari sekolah, karena sekolah tidak membuka kesempatan guru untuk mengadakan les privat yang di fasilitasi sekolah
