Good Company has a good finance health

The good thingshave a good environment, good office, good management between bos and staff has no different for speak and put forward idea. Office building has a good design, good cleaning team, good air circulate, have a minibar, have more than 3 meeting rooms, etc. management have a good plan for the employees, give the employees training or other upgrade knowledge methode.

The challengesmust be creatif communications to other departement for project goal smoothly. must be maintain the communication with vendor for support project goal and then must be adaptation with company culture and many others.
