    seru tapi susah berkembang entah itu ilmu, bisnis ataupun jenjang karir.
    The good thingsLingkungan kerja cukup nyaman, termasuk slow pace untuk kerjanya. hampir tidak ada gap antar rekan kerja.
    The challengesdi era digital seperti sekarang ini, masuk kerja jam 08:00 banget banget sepertinya sudah ga relevan lagi, untuk jenjang karir cukup sulit terutama yang tidak ada hubungannya dengan Sales & Marketing. karena Presdirnya hanya melihat angka saja. kenaikan gaji tahunan sangat sangat standard UMR, apapun pangkatnya. dan insurance preminya kecil dan tidak mengcover untuk maternity.

    The good things- Mendapatkan disiplin dalam berkerja di salah satu perusahaan Jepang - Tetap patuh akan intruksi atasan, maka atasan akan turun bantu melindungi - Belajar cara melindungi dan mengamankan diri dan orang sekitar (safety first will be fun)
