    Good colleague and salary
    The good thingsWorking environment is good in Jakarta office and salary also well paid. Result oriented, thus, it is okay if you work from home as long as you can achieve good result.
    The challengesWorkload so tight, very strict procedure, too details. Many issues from plant in Indonesia. Centralism company, employees is just a number from company overview.
