    Looking from the POV of someone working in management level. This place is a nice place to work if you're in your phase where you are experienced in your field and looking for a place with good work life balance
    The good thingsAs a part of management office in Schneider Electric Cikarang, nice place to work. Good work life balance. Nice environment and supportive people. Good benefit.
    The challengesWorking around experienced/professionals, so you need to be able to follow their working pace. Food in canteen sometimes good sometimes meh.

    The good thingsSchneider is nice place to work which could enable employee to have lot of opportunity to learn, gain lot of knowledge, build professional career and network, build leadership skill, foster collaboration, opportunity to grow, promote inclusion and diversity which I have been getting for the last 20 years.
    The challengesI had some difficulty to search senior level of managerial role, especially when we are not mobile, but it's obviously hard to leave the company.

    The challengescross culture and multiple key performance indicator (kpi) must be aligned to seek the best future performance. World time differences between shareholder needs to be managed to find quick decision for better solution.
