Despite being an intern, I was provided with the opportunity to partake in employee training programs. The cafeteria offers nutritious food options, and employees are always receptive to inquiries and happy to offer assistance, facilitating a conducive learning experience. The atmosphere is conducive to learning and personal growth, allowing for knowledge acquisition from all directions.
    The challengesMy greatest challenge lies in possessing a high level of initiative due to the company's reputation for maintaining high standards. Speed and accuracy are also essential requirements. Additionally, safety is a top priority for the company, and individuals who do not prioritize safety are not well-suited for employment here.
