    The challengesYou can work your socks up all the way but they dont recognise all the efforts that you had put in. one mistake and they terminate you citing reasons of unethical conduct. Management wont listen to the people on the ground. they only have their own personal interests. most of the management there are two-sided faces.

    The good thingsThe colleagues are nice, as a fresher learned a lot of things here with support from friends and supervisor. The office is also comfortable, but this role requires flexibility to work on site and office. The company also provides the employees with various training as part of self-development program.
    The challengesOffice is far from the central business area, takes time to commute between office and site. Besides flexible, this role is also high demanding so it is not recommended for someone who concern on work-life balance.
