    The good thingsThe "Family" working environment is so much feel in here, the colleagues are nice, always say hi to each other and a solid one, SCJ also has a good remuneration and benefits, especially in medical :)

    The good thingsPerusahaan multinasional yang sangat memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawaanya, terdapat asuransi kesehatan swasta. selain THR ada bonus tahunan serta sharing profit diberikan 2x setahun. selain itu mendapatkan produk setiap 4 bulan sekali dan ada bonus ketika mencapai target setiap bulannya.

    The good thingsPT SC Johnson Surabaya adalah perusahaan multinasional yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur, perusahaan ini sangat memperhatikan karyawan nya dari berbagai sisi baik dari keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja.
    The challengesUntuk jenjang karir sangat sulit untuk berkembang, terutama untuk departemen non produksi, walau pun karyawan tersebut sudah bekerja maksimal di perusahaan ini pekerjaan yang seharusnya dilakukan 5 orang menjadi 1 orang ( efisiensi biaya ), hal ini yang memicu saya untuk mencari perusahaan baru yang memperhatikan jenjang karir karyawan.

    The good thingsDisana untuk makanan dan minuman sudah disediakan. Kita tidak perlu membawa dari rumah. Ada waktu untuk sholat dan istirahat. Jadi kita gak disuruh untuk terus-terusan bekerja.

    The good thingsJHHP has good working environment, the atmosphere of friendship, leadership and kinship, are the best things in JHHP which also parallel with the company value \"this we believe\" that everyone has the same chance to move forward as long as they want and has a goodwill to move forward.
    The challengesAs a Personal Assistant, i am charged to understand everything, especially we have to understand what our Boss wanted, but sometimes if not in the good mood, they do not give the clear task but we are afraid to asking due to this situation, and at the end, we will get impacted that maybe we do not complete the task as of they want perfectly. So we have to real build the clear communication between boss and assistant to avoid the miss understanding in the future.
