    Bad enviorenment, bad working culture, and low welfare.

    The challenges1. Conservative people 2. Low desire to change 3. Dealing with bad HR especially for the Payroll 4. Low bonus 5. Hard to level up (nearly impossible for Daily Worker. Ex: There is a lot of daily worker that haven't level up since 4-5 years work here.
