    Noncompetitive salary, they paid us under UMP.
    The good thingsthere are several teams, and they all will be helpful for you to work.
    The challengesworkhours, benefit, management, no fixed salary, no clear regulation. Workhours between 9 am to 6 pm. they don't give their employee the facilities to work such as Laptop, you have to work with your own device. They never give the regulation of company, so if you faced unfair condition someday, you can't do anything because they are the one who knows their regulation. Overall, the system is so bad.
