    Challenges facing furniture manufacturer
    The good things1.If you just graduated from furniture engineering school then you can apply your knowledge and earn further experience in this company. 2.The database in under development for manufacturing module. Earlier days they use Excel to maintain the data. 3. Good salary for contract basis job.
    The challenges1. It is hard to attract good talents to work at a small town. The labors have poor education and social background therefore they get paid at the regional minimum wage. The focus is only to get people working on daily task. No training how to improve the process. 2. The machines are old ( more than 15 years ) and unable to work without any malfunction causing delays in production process. The company need fresh capital investment to buy new machines 3. Organization, task assignment and authorities sometimes violate between director, managers cross division. 4. HR administration such as compensation and benefit record is not well maintained. Training and recruitment are only for labors. No career path.
