    The challengesHarus lebih teliti lagi biar tiap barang yg diproduksi tidak tercampur sama barang lainnya, perlu diperhatikan bener bener biar gk salah, gerak cepat agar barang cepat selesai apalgi di depan mesin dengan kecepatan lebih, kita bener bener harus lebih berhati-hati, tapi kita harus teliti juga sama barang barang yg di kelolanya, mana yang dipacking mana yg enggknya, pokoknya semangatlah disetiap kerjaan sebab gk ada yang mudah kalo tidak dikerjakan betul betul

    The good thingsSaya bekerja sebagai operator produksi, dipabrik tempat saya bekerja sering melakukan senam dan breafing sebelum bekerja, dipabrik tempat saya bekerja kebanyak pekerjaan nya adalah wanita, kami semua melakukan kerja sama team dalam setiap pekerjaan, kami bekerja dengan jam kerja sebanyak 8 jam dan 2jam over time disetiap hari, serta over time di hari libur, karyawan dipabrik tempat saya bekerja orangnya sangat ramah.
    The challengesTantangan untuk bekerja di perusahaan ini harus siap dipindahkan di setiap mesin, menjaga kesehatan tubuh adalah salah satu tantangan di pabrik ini karena jarang sekali libur kerja, harus siap sekali untuk membantu operasi lain untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan, kadang planing mesin pun bisa menjadi tantangan semakin sedikit item yg diproduksi maka semakin jarang untuk beristirahat.
