    The good thingsDapat belajar banyak karena banyak project yang akan didapat, cocok buat fresh graduate. Pembelajaran hal-hal baru akan sering didapat karena project tidak hanya berfokus pada satu bidang saja.
    The challengesSeringnya meeting yang intens hingga bentak membentak sesama tim, kurangnya harmonis dalam tim antara teknis. Task yang diberikan priority hight tapi waktu yang diberikan untuk mengerjakan sediikit. Meminta kenaikan gaji sangat susah, pengalaman saya bekerja 1,5 tahun tapi tidak ada kenaikan gaji sekali pun. Jenjang karir tidak jelas.
