    The good thingsDisini saya banyak dapat pengalaman berharga. Ilmu yang banyak tentang ilmu accounting. Sangat menarik bekerja dengan orang asing. Setiap hari berbahasa inggris. Jadi dapat melatih conversation saya dalam bahasa inggris. Lingkungan yang nyaman dan kekeluargaan membuat bekerja menjadi lebih ringan. Dan bonus sosis setiap bulan bagi yang absensinya baik sangat menyenangkan, jadi setiap bulan saya bisa makan sosis.
    The challengesKesulitannya adalah dikomunikasi. Karena bahasa yang digunakan adalah bahasa inggris, jadi terkadang ada sedikit kesalahan komunikasi. Tetapi itu bukanlah masalah yang besar. Lalu untuk proses approval hal-hal yang besar agak rumit, karena harus melalui proses sampai ke Head Office di Manila.

    The good thingslearn a lot of problem solving, new skills, found a new challange, new carracter of human, and also the HR div. manager can give you a lot of motivations. new experience when you go to wet market at early morning its really exciting.
    The challengeswhen im coming the team its not complete, so must do a lot of devolepment with the existing team, and also recruit a new person. with all the minus now all team more motivated and also can reach their target.

Membuat team sales (departement sales) dan team marketing (departement marketing), semangat untuk berkreasi membuat terobosan2 di pasar dan membuat support program. Apalagi di dukung juga oleh departement trade marketing, yg menjembatani antara marketing dan sales. Team R & D juga mendukung dengan memfollow up ( masukan dari team sales), memberikan usulan produk2 baru.
