    COMPANY THAT UPHOLDS FAMILY VALUES!
    The good thingsThe management treat us like family. The management care about Employee Welfare. There so many Employee Benefit Program. Have a very good culture. The company gives us insurance protection, either BPJS and private insurance. The company provide Employee Mess. The company facilitate for sport venue such as futsal, badminton, swimming etc. The communication atmosphere between employees doing well, and they are respect each other.
    The challengesWork professionaly. Work by system. Work as a team and have a great coordination system. Work inisiatively. Knowledge about the business process. Need to adapt to flexibilty system. Need a very good communication skill between divisions.

    Bekerja dgn menyenangkan di PT Samudera Atlantis International
    The good thingsSelama bekerja di PT Samudera Atlantis International saya merasa mendapatkan kenyamanan bekerja secara profesional, baik dari segi beban kerja maupun lingkungan/budaya kerja. Bisa bekerja sekaligus belajar dan berkembang dalam potensi diri adalah salah satu hal yg diimpikan, dan di PT Samudera Atlantis International ini saya bisa merasakan hal itu. Selain bekerja, kami juga diberi fasilitas olahraga bersama, dan kegiatan entertaint lainnya yang membuat pikiran bisa fresh lagi setelah bekerja seharian
    The challengesDalam beberapa hal dgn adanya perubahan keputusan dan kebijakan yg cukup mendadak, membuat tim perlu beradaptasi dengan cukup gesit.

    The good thingsMengembangkan ilmu saya seputar dredging dan HSE. Management yang baik, ramah dan bersahabat. Lokasi project yang banyak membuat anda bisa mendatangi atau berkunjung di banyak lokasi sembari bekerja.
    The challengesKurangnya waktu untuk beristirahat dan bersama keluarga. Kurangnya gaji yang diberikan dengan beban pekerjaan yang cukup sulit.
