    A fairly satisfying company and a good place to earn a decent salary and gain experience in a MNC
    The good thingsI’m happy to have worked at this multinational company. The salary was quite good, the welfare benefits were decent, and there were benefits in kind. I also had many opportunities to meet people from different countries.
    The challengesAt the beginning, there were trust issues with the manager, but I was able to perform my job well and eventually took on additional responsibilities to support other tasks toward the end of the project.

    The good thingstermasuk perusahaan berprofil kelas dunia, gaji + lembur + bonus yang diberikan termasuk tinggi untuk bidang kerja yang sama dibandingkan perusahaan lainnya menurut pengakuan para senior, dapat berinteraksi langsung dengan staf asing, dapat menambah wawasan terkait metode/budaya kerja, terutama korea
    The challengestidak semua staf lapangan asing (umumnya korea) mampu berbahasa indonesia dan/atau inggris minimal level dasar, bahkan ada yang kesulitan berbahasa inggris dasar sehingga menyulitkan koordinasi saat tidak ada staf yang mampu berbahasa asing (terutama korea). ada perbedaan budaya (terutama korea) yang cukup signifikan yang dapat menyulitkan sebagian orang indonesia
