    Tempat yang baik untuk Bertumbuh
    The good thingsPengembangan karyawan diperhatikan di Sampoerna University dan jika kita aktif dalam usaha mengembangkan diri Universitas sangat mendukungnya walau kadang ada pembatasan dana penunjang pengembangan diri, namun secara umum universitas sangat mendukung. Tenaga pengajar dihargai dan murid-murid memiliki sikap yang baik. Gaji dan tunjungan kesehatan mungkin sulit ditemui di sekolah/kampus lain.
    The challengesGaji awal mungkin tidak tergolong besar, namun sistem penilaian yang ada memungkinkan kenaikan gaji bertahap. Fasilitas menjadi tantangan karena terbatas, namun keterbatasan akan membuat kita menjadi kreatif.

    A good place to grow
    The good thingsWorking at the foundation's university gives good benefits including insurance, health support (1 month salary), hand phone incentive, and BPJS support. They have arranged basic work support using IT as platform so that you don't have to do the old paperwork procedures. The office team is like family and mostly they support each other.
    The challengesOne of the biggest challenges that one might found working in the Foundation's university is the career enhancement. You need to climb the ladder a bit hard from a staff position to managerial position.

    The challengesMendapatkan dana untuk melakukan kegiatan sangat sulit dan berbelit. Fasilitas sangat kurang untuk sebuah sekolah. Manajemen tidak menilai karyawan dengan baik, tidak menguunakan KPI dengan benar dan tidak melakukan observasi dengan baik.

    The good thingsCooperative working environment, tolerable to every religion activities, time table of school is easy to be followed and the school area is large and enjoyable. The canteen is also full with good and healthy foods. the management is really good. the challenge to teach the students provides good experience as teacher.
    The challengesThe students are challenging to be taught. it requires creative and innovative ways to teach the students. As a teacher, it really needed to be engaged to the students with concern to their personalities and interests. it is really challenging for teacher to teach here but also gives teacher opportunity to increase working experience.

    The good thingsMendampingi Program Pengembangan Sekolah di Kabupaten Bojonegoro adalah hal yang cukup menginspirasi, ada banyak hal yang perlu disesuaikan antara program dan kondisi lapangan yang cukup absurd, akan tetapi segala kemungkinan masih bisa dilakukan dengan catatn harus cepat merespon segala temuan apapun yang ada dilapangan untuk dilaporkan agar segera bisa ditindaklanjuti.
    The challengesMenselaraskan pelaksanaan kegiatan antara sekolah 1 dengan yang lain, sedangkan dalam Program ini ada 12 lembaga pendidikan baik SLTP maupun SLTA yang terbagi menjadi 2 Wilayah Bojonegoro dan Tuban, namun apapun bisa terjadi dengan dilakukanya kominukasi yang baik antara semua pihak yang tercakup dalam Program.
