    The recruitment process is relatively easy and short, but Overwork, a boss who gets angry without telling you what you did wrong, unpromising benefits and compensation (no overtime pay), difficult access to prayer

    Good learning, but bad management and appreciations
    The good things1. Working environment is good 2. Plenty of tasks, good for learning
    The challenges1. Poor management, self-centered, many decisions harm employees, employees are deceived regarding benefits and compensation. 2. The ERP system used is very poor. 3. Many tasks are outside the job description. 4. Very little appreciation for good work, but harsh reprimands for any mistakes. 5. No career advancement. 6. Salary and position are difficult to increase (unless "close" to management).
