    The good thingsKultur start up yang sangat baik. Work life balance yang terjaga, dan bisa remote dari beberapa kota di Indonesia maupun manca negara. Rekan kerja dengan kompetensi tinggi (ex Apple, Amazon, Yahoo!, dll.).
    The challengesHarus terbiasa berkomunikasi dengan chat maupun video call karena mayoritas engineer bekerja dari daerah yang berbeda-beda bahkan manca negara. Bahasa Inggris sangat diperlukan untuk berkomunikasi khususnya dengan mereka yang tidak bisa Bahasa Indonesia. Infrastruktur seperti internet merupakan mutlak.
