    tidak ada jenjang karir, kenaikan gaji juga sangat keci setiap tahunnya

    The challengesTarget naik secara signifikan setiap tahunnya, namun kenaikan gaji tidak sebanding, sangat kecil. Jauh berbeda jika dibandingkan dengan perusahaan saya sebelumnya. kenaikan hanya dibawah 5% dengan kondisi performa individual yang cukup baik saya rasa tidak layak. Mangement yang baik secara sikap tidak cukup,karyawan butuh management yang memikirkan kesejahteraan karyawannya juga.

The Management generously appreciate staff members who contribute and dedicate their heart for the good of the Company. We are also given the opportunities to upgrade our capabilities through internal and external training.
    The challengesPerhaps the regional management could provide a more hands on IT help desk/support, considering that our Indonesia office doesn't have an IT staff.
